This 2^nd IRE|BS Forum of Excellence offers presentations and discussions covering very different topics relating to real estate, construction and finance with real estate experts from all over the world.

There will be presentations on the future of globalisation, the future of international real estate transactions, the future of the city, migration and homeownership. Prof. Dr. Stefan Kooths from ifw Kiel (Germany), Vibhu Jain from the World Bank (Japan), Dr. Carolin E. Schmidt from Cambridge University (Great Britain) and many others have already confirmed their participation. Again, we combine a mix of practitioners and leading academics to cast some light on urgent problems and pending questions.
